By purchasing artwork, enrolling in a membership, course, or accessing any digital or physical materials through our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 1. General Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of all content, products, and services provided by Douglass Designs DBA Traci Douglass Inspire and Create, including online courses, digital downloads, membership programs, artwork sales, and related materials (collectively referred to as “Services”).

2. Membership and Course Access

Our Inspire and Create membership and online courses provide access to exclusive instructional videos, painting lessons, and creative resources.

• Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).

• You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, all access to lessons, downloads, and private materials will end immediately.

• Rejoining in the future will require a new enrollment.

• Access to materials is for personal educational use only and may not be shared, distributed, or sold.

3. Digital Downloads and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and online content, all sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges are available once a purchase is completed.

4. Original Artwork and Art Sales

All original paintings, prints, and commissions sold by Douglass Designs/ Inspire And Create remain the intellectual property of Traci Douglass unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Buyers may display purchased artwork for personal enjoyment but may not reproduce, copy, resell, or use it for commercial purposes without express written permission.

5. Copyright and Usage of Educational Materials

All instructional materials, including videos, lesson plans, patterns, templates, and reference images, are the property of Douglass Designs DBA Traci Douglass Inspire and Create and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

By purchasing or accessing any educational content, you agree to the following:

• You may paint and sell the artwork you personally create from Traci’s lessons, provided it is your own hand-painted piece.

• You may not reproduce, print, or mass-produce these paintings for sale in any format (physical or digital).

• You may not teach, reproduce, or distribute any of Traci Douglass’s patterns, designs, or lessons in your own classes, online or in person.

• You may not share or sell any portion of our digital content, PDFs, videos, or downloads.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of membership access and potential legal action for copyright infringement.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including artwork, text, videos, website design, and branding, belongs exclusively to Douglass Designs DBA Traci Douglass Inspire and Create.
You may not use, copy, or modify any of our intellectual property without written consent.

7. Payment and Billing
